The location of the room we stayed in here was very central, which was convenient for our family with children who needed a pull-out bed.

The hotel rooms are air-conditioned and brand new, with a pull-out bed for children. The staff is very friendly. The hotel has an excellent location close to the Chapel Bridge and Lucerne center, with a nearby parking spot and bus stop. The Peruvian restaurant on-site is very friendly, helpful, and lovely. It is situated in a beautiful old area and is easy to access the Spreuer Bridge.

Additionally, the hotel's location in the local town area allows for easy access to the nearby sights, all within walking distance.

After moving to another room on the 5th floor very satisfied, slightly newer equipment in the bathroom and balcony room

Window in the original room can no longer be closed after opening, fixing was torn out. . Safe cannot be opened in 2nd room.

The location near the centre

Great location near Old Town with easy access to tourist spots and eating places. Comfortable room with basic necessities provided. Bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned daily. Welcoming kitchen staff and hot meals available for breakfast. I would recommend this hotel.
